mentors creates positive attributes to their mentee and their edge over the others;
A leader must be an extra ordinary human with creative ability,intelligent and delights in reading. an observer, and goal setter.leadership may be defined as ladder and lift through which people climb with their resources to get to their destinations.A close observation of this definition may propel the following elements. i) Ladder and lift
                                 ii) people and their resources 
                                iii) Climb and iv) Destination
If an overview of the aforementioned steps or elements are carefully examined, it provides more greater realization to understand that leadership is not an ordinary event or bed of roses but a pillar that buttresses the innermost or inward part of the personality and the people involved.

    In all aspect of life accountability does not only narrow to finances but in all responsibility assigned either politically,academically,professionally,economically,politically,leadership and communication.A good leader must be morally sound because accountability shows so that people can testify the type of leader.So to buttress further in each of the terms stated thus:
    Politically: In political leadership it is expected that the leader should be able to present account on how him or her can establish connections with the power vested upon him/her to project the his agenda.He/her has to prove to the people the plans and strategies which will be applied to achieving the purposes. Morally accountability shows your conduct and character,likewise religious believe,the religious organization you belong to,your moral conduct, and act which must be justifiable by people.

    Although, there are people who are atheist, these are people who believes in no existence of God and are also citizens of this country, which the law also protects.So on this ground they should be accountable on character and behaviors. Lunatics should not be in leadership position.
    Socially:A leader should be able to establish and accomplish an interpersonal relationship between people and their environment.This social interpersonal skills involves how to motivate,communicate and mentor the people.A leader should be able to give account on how he or her present the peoples beliefs,norms,values and cultures.A good leader should be able to give account on how he or her is capable of addressing the social issues or problems of the people.

    Some essential element or concept in leadership opined by Reddin(2002) is the agility to initiate new structures for the attainment of organizational setting and goals.It imply that leadership are to influence,directs and creates innovation for their followers to act in line with the values,wants,needs,aspiration and expectation of both leaders and the group followers. It therefore imply that a leader is also a member of the architech of the group who help the members to navigate ways of interaction that will enhance or facilitate the achievement of the group goal tha is enshrined by the individual.

    All leaders have the capacity to create a compelling vision,one that takes people to new place,and the ability to translate the vision into a reality(Bennis,1990).Current leadership Literature fequently characterises the leader as the vision holder,the keeper of the dream or the person who has the vision of the organization purpose .Bennis,(1990) writes that leaders, manage the dreams,This aspect of leadership has been frquently called visionary leadership.According to westley and Mintzberg (1989),visionary leadership is dynamic and involved this three continuum.

    CORE HUMAN VALUES.
    Is the principle or standard behaviour deemed to be essential for associating with the Mission. Core Values serve as guidlines for leadership team work, and individual behaviour.Leadership is fundamentally about pursuit of worthy goals with action and investment correlated with the core values.Without core values there is a high probability for disproportionate and unfair treatment of certain individuals and groups in the power of human. Organizationals without constant adherence to core values emulate authority, but lack leadership.

    If the word marriage is mentioned,many people will be interested to hear the name. But Why will many people be interested to hear it, when some of them does not recognize it's values. Let us endeavors to listen to the scripture, so that we can be seen as being visible in the marriage and marital values, as we progress in love then will marital relationships will be enhanced through Our insights and Value's ,by so doing will God Values be realized. This is because marriage is honourable and the bed defiled. The reasons why it it is honourable,is due to the fact that, it is an institution that is formed, blessed, and honoured by the Glories of the Creator.He cares about us and loved us.. If you understand this institution that is created by God.Then the more honourable the Family will be as it is being developed by Himself. Let not the man be defiled and nor the wife in other to have a blissful home or Family. The reasons can be classed on establishment of gainful and blissful relationships through God's orientation.we need to love
    Him always and commit our problems and cares to Him.May the Lord Jehovah Bless your marriage as it progresses in everyday life through Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior Amen.

A ladder can be viewed as a wooden or metallic object with rungs between the two supports for easy elevation either up or down.But if it is carefully sighted in its configuration ,two suggestion can be presented,i) what role has ladder or lift got to do with leadership ,when we know that leadership has to do with someone leading or showing you a direction.But in a more complex points of view leadership tend to project some precarious situation of navigation where the leader does not propel the positive quality or attributes.so a lift can also be seem as a modernized facility which is used to bring or elevate a thing to a higher position. when you carefully sight a ladder and lift you will observe that they both carry out two functions, it is either they carry you up or down. Experience enable an edge over others. Must be a goal setter and able to read, observe,creative, accountable,goal setter etc. must be transparency,credibility,honesty reliability etc. Leadership position is strategical and embedded with some technical insights,which when not properly visualized could results to a failure. Loyalty from the people to the leaders is part of artificial resource from the people,implying a method of  energizing the leader which could also be seen as a motivation.
