Leadership is a skill that is highly respected and admired but it seem very elusive for several people.
It is a management skill that can be learned in the same way like coordinating,organising and planning skills.
It is an essential aspect of management and its essence is the ability of influencing. directing,demonstrating and accomplishing effective goal and fellowship.
For people to become a leader there would be willingness to follow that which makes it possible.
Management and leadership might seems to be the same but there are some deviations between them. However for further description of leadership to continue we need to crave the diffinition between leadership and management.

Leadership is no weakness,hindrance or disadvantages to true leaders who believed in God,because in his weakness the justices of the living God takes over the shortfalls.we may have many filling administrative position but the need is for true leaders who are able to do the job more effectively. It is worth noting that every nation needs continously leadership skill in order to accomplish success. in the world there two division of leadership and followers. So the development of every nation is based on progressive leadership potential and quality followers.
ReplyDeleteThere are countless numbers of people that speaks about leadership,yet with all these in our finger tips, we still suffer from leadership deficiency in our nation, church,work place and homes.We also have several leaders who believed that their position was their influence rather than their personal influence, enabling them to be effective in their position.There are also many leaders today that leads by false coercion,a my way or highway mindset that makes them more like a dictator.

But human phenomena is almost turning leadership to a nightmare, and difficult equation to be solved.
How can learning be imparted to the children when they are not taught accordingly.To understand successful leadership strategy and advantages
we need to ask the ant. if we note the present phenomena in our societies,it portrays,

ii) Good leaders develop methodologies to achieve their effective vision and
at the same time set learning points or procedures.
iii) To properly direct and accomplish the agenda of their visions....
iv) A leader is a pathfinder who finds the pathway for others to follow.
v) He knows what to obtain in each plan and how to accomplish it.
vi) A leader is creative and applies the right principles for an efficient height.
vii) His applications are for upgrading the matured mind that will fulfill the major objectives of the vision.
viii) He does not deviates his path without developing a geniue reasons,and making adequate plan for others to comprehend the trend of the future.

Why is Leadership Vision Powerful:The leadership vision was powerful because the senior managers and leaders believed in the vision and mission.Not just a statement hanging on the wall,the leadership vision was even more powerful because people lived the leadership vision every single day at work. when a leader share out a powerful vision and organize and staff the work place to accomplish it,a powerful dynamic drives the employee performance.when leaders walk their talk,its demonstrated motivator for people,when leaders share a strong vision,employees flock to it even choosing the job in the company over other options.The leadership vision as manifested in the work of employees was a retention for the people who shared the vision.

ReplyDeleteIt isobvious that integring build our character and it is for your followers to trust you as their leader,you must examplify character,Character is ever in the making and make trust possible,and trust make leadership possible,and John Maxwell percieved it and named or called it,the law of solid ground;
Whenever people are being lead by integrity and character their percievable value and insight are easily adaptable and it is as if they consent to take a journey with you.The way that trip is going to turn out is predicted by your character.with decent or good character the longer the journey will take and the longer the trip is, the better it seems.but if a flawed character,the longer the trip is,the worst it gets. why? because no one enjoy spending time with someone he does not trust;(John C. Maxwell).
According to Morley,no one can climb out beyond the limitation of his own character, 'the only thing that walks back from the tomb with the mouners and refuses to be buried is the character of the man; (J.R Miller}.This is true.What a man is surves him, it can never be buried or forgotten. Without integrity leaders can never make a viable decision.and without sound decision leaders can never respect their followers,neither can he earn honour from his followers.

Living on earth without the presence of the creator will arise to un-identity crisis,because a good leader must be spiritually inspired and mostly inerted by a guardance.
God;s inspiration and standard enabled potential upliftment and survive uniquely, hence we live within His limitation for achievable height.
Laws and commandments are beneficial to us and creates effective impacts and uplift spiritually in the terrain of interest, So a good leader must be innovative,has moral value and patronage.He will built a good standard in all his settings based on his perspective and know-how.

other descriptions of vision provides more explicit information pertinent to ducational Leaders.Seedley (1992) defines two types of vision,both related Curbans (1988) co ncepts of first and second orders changes.Using the constructs of the first order changes those that deals with improvements.Seeley asserts that these changes are conected to first order vision or program Vision.An example of change requiring program vision is a school adopting of a change of a new reading program.Second order changes are those that require reconstructing or reconceptualization of an organizational roles,rules,relationship and responsibilities.
The second other changes is those that require restructuring or a reconsceptualization of an organizational goals,rules ,relationships and responsibilities.seeley (1992) asserts that such second order charges require system vision,the leader has to visualize not just how a new program or practice will work,but how the whole new sets of expectation,relationship,accountability, structures etc... would fit together into a coherent whole' Seeley,(1992).
