To be an effective leader there are elements that you are required to understand, to enhance a smoother leadership operations otherwise,your leadership will be like a sailor navigating a voyage without a cardinal points.so the leadership elements will optimized your leadership potentials.and crave a cohesive,holistic and harmonious environment for smoother operation.
Thus the elements of leadership includes the following:

-Human capital management.
-The road map to the destination.
-The people and their behavior.
-The internal and external factors including the obstacles for actualizing the plans.

There is a clear manifestation that one system of avoiding mistake in leadership is by following the voice of your mentor, or elderly person who had navigated the path successfully. This is because most mistakes in life is caused by not listening, or seeking advise to the voice of an elderly person.It is wise to listen to those who have undergone through the path you are presently going through; but be ye wise to understand each trajectory.I should suggest your period or interval should emphases ,and multitude of years should enable you to understand and explore wisdom.,
