LEADERSHIP ENNOBLEMENT.

Experience enable an edge over others.
Must be a goal setter and able to read, observe,creative, accountable,goal setter etc.
must be transparency,credibility,honesty reliability etc. Leadership position is strategical and embedded with some technical insights,which when not properly visualized could results to a failure.
Loyalty from the people to the leaders is part of artificial resource from the people,implying a method of  energizing the leader which could also be seen as a motivation. The people and their resources can also be seen as those persons with an expectation from the leader to take them to their destinations.

    It is by inspiration of the living God that mankind can successfully navigate the path to leadership, I have work in several capacity as an Engineer/project Manager of in charged of large projects,such as construction and maintenance,where most the professional claimed to be very competent and expertise.A leader should be such person that will always be on the avoidance path at the time, should be patient to visualize the task ahead,should be effective to understand the his people.This is because in providing answers to several questions, The leader should consult other professionals or his immediate manager who are very competent and are well informed of the destination of the task.No man is an island of his own, you need to learn on positive people to get positive results.Note that Moses was mentored by God to get to his destination,so leadership is effective,and highly inspirational,perseverance, co-ordinative. the work that is being presented is for those that are inspiring to lead others, either on the job task, politics, and other essential activities. leadership is just as the crisis between the passengers and the pilot/drivers as a result of the drivers/pilots not being capable of conveying the passengers to their destinations can be seen in leadership as the crisis between the people and the leaders as a result of leader not being able to the people to their destination after exploiting the people resources. Note that the leader is accountable to his people,so if the leader is dominate, the people will react in form of war, dispute, crisis, rioting and taking legal actions,which is a day today occurrence in the world. We in one way or the other operates as a leader, and as long as there are people depending on you to to achieve their aim or goals life.
    -Elected political personnel is a leader in his country, district, or constituency.
    -A manager is a leader in the organization he works.
    -A traditional ruler or leader is a community or village.
    -A clergy personnel is also a leader on a religious organization.
    -Parents including Fathers and Mothers are family leaders while children are also leader to
    their younger ones.
    - Critically citing on the these trend you will note that you and i may be operating in one
    leadership position or the other.
    So it is left for your to explore and navigate your leadership style in such a way that your subordinate will you and understand your trajectory and are comfortable with your leadership style.

    The following emphasis connotes the experiences encountered by Abraham.
    By faith Abraham was called to go to a place where he later recieved as his inheritance, obeyed and went over to the place when He did not know where he was going.
    By faith he made his house in the promised land,like a stranger in a foreign land or country,he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of th promised.For he was looking forward for the city with foundations,whose architect and builder was God.
    By faith, Abraham even though he was as aged and Sarah was barren, were able to become a Father.because he considered Him faithful who had made the promised,and also from this one man, and he being as good as a true child of the living GOD,came the decendants numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand of the sea shore.
    So the empire of the Future is the Emphire of the mind.(Wiston Churchill).
    For you to be an effective leader,you should know your dream emphire that is in your mind, which you are using to work towards the attainment.The future dreams are the Visions which will evolved into the dreams of reality of your targeted goals, because vision is the main key to your leadership ACME or strength.

    These four steps facilitate a collaborative development of a shared vision and written vision statement.Briefly these steps are:
    Know your organization- Cearify the nature and purpose.
    Involve critical individuals -Include those affected.
    Explore the possibilities future - consider possible futures.
    Put it in writing - Vision is committed to paper.

    Controlling Is that function of management which checks whether what was planned actually does happen and,if necessary ensures that corrective action is taken.within this frame work, it can be seen that the work of all staff must be supervised and check.An important part of controlling is to ensure that employee perform the work allocated to them in the ways laid down and with no wastage allocation of time, and efforts or materials.Effective management is a vital factor in any business.
